I've always made an effort at drinking enough water and encouraging others to do so, particularly when they complain of headaches and run for some kind of toxic pill that does harm to their natural system while putting money in the pockets of the pharmaceutical industry.

The more in touch we are with our bodies and our ecosystem, the less we have to rely on synthetic crutches.
